2. Package Damage During Transit: We understand that accidents can happen during shipping, and your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will initiate the replacement process and promptly ship a new item to you. Kindly provide clear images of the damaged packaging and product to assist us in processing your request. We may request photographs of the damaged product prior to refunding or replacing the item.

3. All Sales Are Final: As the majority of our products are custom or customized to your unique specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than errors on our part or transit-related damages.
